Building Sand Castles

What's more fun for the kids than a sandy day at the beach. And actually pretty fun for mommy too once I got over the sand getting everywhere! We spent HOURS playing in the water, building sand castles and playing! They can't wait to go again!

Trip with friends to Long Beach

My friend Melissa invited us to go to Long Beach for the weekend. Just to get away, no plans, no timeline, and no husbands, just fun. We all had a great time, yummy food, lots of children's laughter, swimming, sand castles, movies, and just more fun! We'll definitely have to do it again!

Donuts with DADS

Since Father's Day isn't until June, Mateo's class celebrated early with a Donuts for Dad's Breakfast. Mateo was so excited to take his daddy. He was proud to tell me he ate 2 whole Huge powdered donuts! He made a super sweet card and a framed picture. (I need to take pics)

Yummy treats

Mateo LOVES rice crispie treats, and this time he got to help make them. We made them for our trip. They came out super yummy.

Easter

Easter was filled with a super fun, super busy day! This kids woke up to an egg hunt, so much fun because it was Marco's 1st year of really participating. Then they found super fun baskets, followed by yummy Bunny pancakes by Daddy! And then off to see Nanna, Nonno, Tete and Pastitsi Nanna. And...more baskets, another egg hunt and a super yummy Easter dinner!! We are all so lucky!

Coloring Easter Eggs

Mateo wanted to color eggs for weeks. Me, knowing that it was only going to happen once, kept waiting. And in my usual fashion, waited to the last minute. SO after a busy day of basketball and a birthday party, we colored eggs before I headed out the door to work! The boys had fun and made a mess like usual!
